An armed bank robbery occurred this afternoon at the Bank of America branch on Route 22 West in Readington Township, according to police radio reports.
Police said the robber left the bank on foot about 2:30.

The man is armed with a handgun and carrying a black plastic shopping bag, according to police radio reports.
